Many times your computer can be repaired without bringing it into the shop. The internet must be working to use the remote support option. Just give us a call and we will walk you through connecting with our on-site local tech. Once connected we will be able to see your screen and see if the computer can be repaired remotely or whether it must come in for the repair. We use a secure connection to access the computer and nothing is left behind when we are finished.

The remote computer service runs $2.00 per minute (and you only pay for the minutes it takes). You must provide your email address to the tech for billing.
