Many times your computer can be fixed without bringing it into the shop. And sometimes it is the best way to fix problems (such as printer issues). As long as the computer powers on AND the internet works we can provide remote assistance during business hours.

The cost for remote support is $2.00 per minute and due at the end of the session. Payment is made online at our secure payment site here.

You can purchase blocks of time in advance, or sign up for the monthly support plan. Just let us know when you call and we can go over the details.

Note: Support plans are for service repairs only. If hardware is failing and needs to be replaced it is not covered under the remote service contracts and the computer would need to come in for a hardware repair.
